The brief

George Home, ASDA’s exclusive homeware brand, approached us to shoot and produce all content for their Spring/Summer 2019 brochure, along with additional content to use for point-of-sale and social. The client wanted us to capture the feeling of the season – letting the light in and giving home a fresh new vibe. Our challenge was to inject this new style across a large catalogue of existing and new products, while being in line with upcoming trends, engaging customers and driving sales.

Our approach

Collaboration, both with ASDA and internally, was key to delivering on this brief. The client was closely involved at all stages, meaning we could make decisions together on set, and gain approval on content quickly and proactively. Meanwhile, our specialists in art direction, style direction, set design & build, illustration, copywriting, photography, production, video editing, retouching, artworking and client service coordinated closely across our Leeds, Macclesfield and London sites to plan, build and execute this complex 5-month project.

What we delivered

A lot! Central to our output was a 64-page, full colour brochure, complete with room set, lifestyle (including models), cut-out and detail shots. Additionally, we supplied 35 point-of-sale shots with crop documents to show how best to crop them, 10 videos, 18 bespoke still shots for use on Facebook and Instagram, and 15 bespoke GIFs.
