Bathstore had traditionally worked with five key agencies across their multi-channel activity. Creative, media, digital, production and asset management.

Our Solution

Hangar Seven pitched a one agency proposition for everything except media planning. Demonstrating that considerable savings could be made across the board and that by using one agency it reduced costs, briefing time and speed to market. 

Results

Bathstore have decreased their marketing spend (except media) by over 50% and yet have delivered exceptional (ahead of target) sales and profits during the same period.
